ISLAMABAD: Dr. Satyanjal Pandey, India’s newly appointed Chargé d’Affaires, entered Pakistan via the Attari-Wagah border to assume charge as the country’s top diplomat in Islamabad. His arrival marks a new chapter in India’s diplomatic representation in Pakistan.
