A few days back, Pakistan had protested against India’s attitude in the matter while saying that the neighbouring country is doing politics over human rights as it is issuing visas to only selected people.
India issues medical visas to seven Pakistanis
NEW DELHI, NOV 28 (DNA) – Indian Minister for External Affairs Sushma Swaraj on Tuesday directed to issue medical visas to at least seven Pakistanis while responding to their requests on Twitter.
Nine-year-old Maria’s father had requested Swaraj to issue medical visa to her daughter who is suffering from thalassemia.
Another person Maryam Asif has been asked to contact Indian High Commission in Pakistan for visa issuance to her ailing father.
Besides them, Fariha Usman, Tariq Hussain, Mubarak Ali, Sakina Younus and Nabiha Rashid have also been assured of issuing the visa soon.
