Impression of considering me deputy prime minister is wrong: Tareen
LAHORE, JUL 02 (DNA) – Senior leader of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Jahangeer Tareen has said it is not true that I am a deputy prime minister.
Tareen said he is helping the party on the basis of his experience and he will continue to do so.
Tareen said he had briefed the cabinet on agriculture policy which would ultimately benefit the farmers.
He said our focus is those small farmers which were neglected in the past, adding that agriculture emergency program worth Rs 309 billion would be beneficial.He said we would promote cage farming along with dairy farming.
PTI leader said CM Punjab has a big role in meeting between PML-N MPAs and PM Imran Khan. He said they met PM to discuss issues in their constituencies.
Tareen said this is a start and many others are contacting too. He said government would perform better if they have majority to support reforms.
Responding to a question, the politician said they do not have any scuffle with coalition partners and government enjoys good relation with coalition partners including Akhter Maingal.=DNA
