ISLAMABAD, Jan 03 (DNA): Karak Hindu temple attack was designed to
malign Pakistan and Islam, said Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi,
Special Aide to Prime Minister on Religious Harmony and Middle East.

Talking to media here on Sunday after inaugural ceremony of Jamia Masjid
Usman, Hafiz Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi condemned killing of 11
mineworkers of Hazara Community in Mach (Balochistan) adding that
military and people of Pakistan have rendered enormous sacrifices to
defeat terroists.

He said that enemies and Indian lobbies have been accomplice in fanning
baseless malicious propaganda campaigning against Pakistan Army and
Security Institutions of the country. He also urged on political and
religious leadership of the country to seek dialogues’s option to
address prevailing challenges of the country.

Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi also stated that Religious scholars and leadership
of different religious schools of thought during and after Muharramul
Haram played very positive and effective role to avert conspiracies of
sectarian violence in the country.

Pakistan’s relations with Arab and Islamic Countries are being
strengthened and Pakistan reinforcing cooperation with Arab countries in
the areas of trade, economy, defense and Religious affairs, said Hafiz
Muhammad Tahir Mehmood Ashrafi, Special Aide to Prime Minister on
Religious Harmony and Middle East.

Pakistan owns very key and effective position in the Islamic world, said
Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi. He added that  Pakistan could only be transformed
on the pattern of Medina with cooperation of all the sections of
society.

To mould Pakistan on the pattern of the state of Medina, justice,
accountability and fulfilment of rights of people are key pillars and
each and every section of the society should be purged from  corruption
and corrupt elements. He also added that mosques should also be used as
community centers with practical steps for fulfilment of rights of
people with one another.

Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi also stated that Seminaries and mosques are serving
the people to their best and no one is going to clip freedom of
seminaries and mosques.

The incumbent Government associated registration of Seminaries with
Ministry of Education, said Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi adding that all the
reservations on Evacuee Trust Properties Amendment Bill will be
addressed.

Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi responding to a question said that formation of
Interfaith Harmony Councils is underway at Central and provincial level.

He said that Karak Hindu temple attack was designed to malign Pakistan
adding that all the elements involved in Karak temple attack have been
arrested and instructions have been issued for reconstruction of Hindu
temple in Karak with consultation of Hindi Community.

Expressing condemnation on killings of Hazara Community mineworkers in
Mach, Hafiz Tahir Ashrafi said enemies of Pakistan designing these bids
adding that Indian Secret Agency with assistance of extremist and
terroists Organizations making these attacks to make instability and
anarchy in Pakistan and Afghanistan.

The world Leadership should take notice on these terroists actions
