Hamza acts against PML-N’s slogan: Shehbaz Gill
ISLAMABAD, (DNA) : Spokesperson Punjab government Dr Shehbaz Gill said Pakistan Muslim League (PML) (Nawaz) leader Hamza Shehbaz should not breach the sanctity of Supreme Court and National Accountability Bureau (NAB) by trying to escape from the arrest on Saturday.
The spokesman said Hamza’s reluctance to get arrested clearly demonstrated his lack of political wisdom and democratic attitude.
He wondered how some channels of private media could undermine the position of Supreme Court as article 189,190 and 191 mentioned that Supreme court verdict could nullify the high court orders, adding, the supreme court had stated in its written verdict of March 27, that NAB was independent to arrest any alleged culprit of corruption, he added.
Hamza Shehbaz should had thought of consequences when he was busy in multiplying his assets and properties, now it was the time to present himself in court for the accountability, he said.
“PMLN leaders had been using immoral language against Prime Minister Imran Khan and calling Imran Khan “Niazi” was just to raise racism against the particular tribe in the region,” he stated.
He should at least not terminate the spirit of party slogan and face the situation with utmost bravery, adding, hiding behind the walls would not escape him from the corruption cases, he mentioned.
