RAWALPINDI, APR 05, (DNA) – On behalf of the President of Islamic Republic of Pakistan, General Zubair Mahmood Hayat, Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee, conferred Civil Awards to the eminent Scientists and Engineers working in Pakistan strategic institutions, for their meritorious services in an Investiture Ceremony held at Joint Staff Headquarters, Rawalpindi.
