Mayor Islamabad and Chairman Capital Development Authority (CDA) Sheikh Anser Aziz expressed these views while addressing the students at Laptop distribution ceremony held at Islamabad campus of virtual university on Thursday.

This ceremony was attended by students in a large numbers Laptop scheme is a special gift from Prime Minister of Pakistan Mian Muhammad Nawaz  Sharif  for students .

By this scheme knowledge base has been made easily accessible for students. Technologically equipped students are in better position to access knowledge. Laptop scheme has brought bright brains of Pakistan at par with international students, the Mayor and chairman CDA sheikh Anser Aziz farther said.

The Mayor and chairman CDA sheikh Anser Aziz appreciated the services of virtual university for disseminating light of completive knowledge in Pakistan.

Virtual university is spreading research based knowledge competing the top rated universities, he said. The Mayor Sheikh Anser Aziz and chairman CDA distributed Laptops among students on behalf of Prime Minister of Pakistan at conclusion of the ceremony.=DNA
