Former chief secretary Fazlur Rehman to be Sindh’s caretaker CM
KARACHI, JUN 01 (DNA) – The outgoing Sindh government and opposition have named former chief secretary Fazlur Rehman as Sindh caretaker chief minister.
The decision was taken unanimously during a meeting between outgoing Sindh chief minister Syed Murad Ali Shah and opposition leader Khawaja Izharul Hassan in Karachi on late Thursday night.
Fazlur Rehman is likely to take oath as caretaker chief minister of Sindh today (Friday). Governor Sindh Mohammad Zubair will administer the oath.
