Federal government appoints Accountability Court new Judge
ISLAMABAD, MAR 15 (DNA) – The federal government approved on Thursday appointment of Tariq Mehmood Zargham District and Session Judge (BPS-21) as judge of Accountability Court-III Rawalpindi on deputation for the period of three years.
The appointment of the above Judge shall be governed by the relevant provision of ordinance of 1999, and term and conditions prescribed in the Law and Justice Division, read the notification issued here by Ministry of Law and Justice.
Attock based, Tariq Mehmood Zargham, is currently serving as District and Session Judge , Anti Terrorism Court ,Sargodha and his retirement date is 02.03.2025.=DNA
