Federal cabinet subcommittee deliberates on removal of Nawaz Sharif’s name from ECL
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – A subcommittee of federal cabinet, headed by Federal Minister for Law Farogh Naseem, is on Tuesday deliberating on removing former prime minister Nawaz Sharif’s name from the Exit Control List (ECL).
According to details, the subcommittee will prepare its recommendations and forward them to the federal cabinet which will take the final decision under Prime Minister Imran Khan.
It has been learnt that notices regarding the subcommittee meeting were issued to all parties to ensure their presence. Let it be known that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) President Shehbaz Sharif had filed the application for removal of Nawaz Sharif’s name from the ECL.
