Federal Cabinet meeting: Several agreements with foreign countries ratified
ISLAMABAD, MAY 08 (DNA) – Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi chaired a meeting of the Federal Cabinet at Prime Minister’s Office on Tuesday.
The Cabinet ratified the decisions taken by the Economic Coordination Committee of the Cabinet in its meeting held on 27th of last month.
The Cabinet approved renewal of Agreement for Coordination in the field of Education between the Ministry of Inter-Provincial Coordination and Ministry of Education of the Kyrgyz Republic signed on 8th March, 2005.
The Federal Cabinet also approved signing of various MoUs/Agreements. They include MoU on cooperation in agricultural research and development for the Belt & Road among Ministry of National Food Security, Institute of Plant Protection, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Science and Centre for Agricultural and Bioscience International Pakistan.
It also accorded approval to signing of agreement on Transfer of Offenders between Pakistan and Jordan.
The Cabinet strongly condemned the attack on Interior Minister Ahsan Iqbal and prayed for his speedy recovery.
