Farooq Sattar surrenders before Amir Khan Group
KARACHI, FEB 16 (DNA) – MQM Pakistan chairman Farooq Sattar has sought four names from the Amir Khan Group for the Senate.
Talking to the media on Friday, he said that he would announce the names given by the dissolved Rabita Committee.
“I have made the decision to save the sacrifices of the martyrs, Mohajir nation and the organization’s struggle,” he said.
The MQM Pakistan chief asked the workers not to be misled by propaganda of the dissolved Rabita Committee. “Kamran Tessori or another person is not my problem,” he said.
He claimed that the ECP had asked to change the registration of the party, but it did not do so and the party is still in his name.
