Farooq Sattar moves ECP against party’s disgruntled members
ISLAMABAD, MAY 02 (DNA) – Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) PIB faction chief Dr Farooq Sattar on Wednesday filed a petition in the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) against the party’s disgruntled members Sindh Assembly and National Assembly.
In his petition, Farooq Sattar prayed the ECP to order Sindh Assembly Speaker pertaining to inhouse change of leader of opposition.
Sources said that the party s Sindh assembly members have signed a no confidence motion against the leader of opposition.
The party’s estrange members include 10 provincial assembly members and two national assembly members.
The MQM-P PIB faction had already filed an application against the party’s disgruntled members.
