ISLAMABAD, APR 11 (DNA): Prof. Dr. Nasir Mahmood, Vice Chancellor Allama Iqbal Open University has appointed Dr. Bakht Rawan, a senior faculty member and Associate Professor in the Department of Mass Communication, as the new head of the department.
