Delegation of CGSS calls on Azerbaijan ambassador
ISLAMABAD, NOV 16 (DNA) – Ambassador of the Republic of Azerbaijan to Pakistan Ali Alizada had a meeting with Major General (retired) Syed Khalid Amir Jaffery, President of the Center of Global and Strategic Studies of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, as well as with executive director and members of the center.
They discussed matters of mutual interest and how to further expand cooperation among various institutions of Azerbaijan and Pakistan.
The CGSS delegation remained with the ambassador for quite some time. The ambassador briefed the delegation about various initiatives that the embassy had taken for promotion of bilateral relations.
It may be mentioned here that the Azerbaijan embassy is periodically holding seminars and conferences to highlight various core issues.
On 22 November the embassy in collaboration with IPRI is organizing a one day seminar to discuss various dimensions Pakistan, Azerbaijan relations.-DNA
