ISLAMABAD, JAN 14 (DNA)= For  the first time the history of bilateral relations of Uzbekistan and Pakistan a huge celebration was held on occasion of Uzbek feast – “Day of Defenders of the Motherland” “Day of the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan”, at Joint Headquarters.

In honor of delegation of the Embassy of Uzbekistan in Pakistan, and the Armed Forces of Uzbekistan a guard of honor was arranged. The Uzbek delegation reviewed the guard of honour. Ambassador of Uzbekistan Furqat Sidikov led the delegation.

This event also opens new horizons in the light of further strengthening military cooperation between two Brotherly Nations.

Pakistani side presented a detailed video presentation on the development of Uzbek-Pakistani relations in the field of military and military-technical cooperation, as well as on modern and advanced level of training of Uzbek Armed Forces.
