Construction package will help in economic revival: FPCCI
KARACHI, APR 19 (DNA) – The bailout package for the construction industry would bring revival to it and it’s allied sector, the relief package through ordinance by the government of Pakistan is widely welcomed by the business Community all over the country.
This was stated by QaisarKahanDaudzai, Vice President& In charge FPCCI Capital Office Islamabad. He further said that construction industry will be florished and it’s relevant activities particularly the low cost housing projects will be boosted in the entire country. This will create employment opportunities both for the skilled and non skilled labor. It looks that ten million jobs creation is now not a big deal for the government, he added.
The Vice President FPCCI Qaiser Khan Daudzai said that revival of Pakistan Economy is no doubt a tremendous big challenge and in this crucial situation, relief from IMF and other donors for Pakistan is a Breeze of fresh air for it’s economy.
He futher said that the economic condition of our country has become under severe pressure due to decrease in exports and fall in foreign remittances and other internal problems including current lockdown due to covid 19 and the resources scarcity to overcome the situation, the relief from international doners is a blessing for us. He uplouded the government for taking in time decisions to encourage the business community to enhance trade and manufacturing activities for the stability of the economy.He said that SBP at last brought the interest rate on single digit of 9% which has been continueing demand of FPCCI. This is a positive step of SBP towards the revival of economy, he added .=DNA
