It must be noted that Pakistan Citizen Portal established under PM Imran Khan’s directions for the redressal of the public complaints and suggestions has received encouraging response from the country and abroad including foreigners.
Citizens Portal: PM Khan says 680,000 complaints resolved from the total 800,000
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Prime Minister (PM) Imran Khan on late Tuesday night stated that 680,000 complaints were resolved out of the total 800,000 registered by citizens at the ‘Pakistan Citizens Portal’.
The premier took to Twitter with #PMHazirHai hashtag, and stated that over a million citizens have registered themselves at the portal within just eight months of its launch.

PM Khan stated: “On the resolution front: a total of 6,80,000 complaints were resolved out of 8 lakh complaints registered so far. This is true citizen’s empowerment. This is Naya Pakistan!”
