Chartered flight from Istanbul carrying 211 Kyrgyzstan’s citizens arrives at Manas Int’l Airport
BISHKEK, APR 17 (DNA) – A chartered flight from Istanbul, Turkey with 211 citizens of the Kyrgyz Republic on board arrived at Manas International Airport.
“For the safety of all passengers, they have been served on the platform of the airport and sent for examination.”
This flight organized in cooperation with the Turkish side as part of the evacuation of citizens of the Republic of Turkey located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic.
On April 16, 2020, a videoconference was held between Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan H.E. Mr. Chingiz Aidarbekov and Turkey Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu, during which they discussed the organization of charter flights for the mutual evacuation of citizens of both countries.
