Chairman SECP’s arrest sends emphatic signals of danger to Nawaz, Dar
ISLAMABAD, JUL 22 (DNA)- Arrest of Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan former Chairman Zafar Hijazi has sent emphatic signals of danger to Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Finance minister Ishaq Dar.
The outlet stated rumors were circulating in the federal capital Islamabad that Hijazi allegedly tampered records on directives of Ishaq Dar as earlier was considered a close aide of later.
“Several problems would erupt for Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) if Hijazi unearths name of the person on whose directives alteration occurred,”.
Joint investigation team (JIT) for Panama case had found former SECP Chairman guilty of tampering the records of companies owned by the Sharif family. Supreme Court had ordered FIA to launch probe against him in which he was charged.=DNA
