ISLAMABAD: The caretaker prime minister has finalized members of his cabinet. Dr. Shamshad Akhtar the former Governor of State Bank has been picked as the Finance Minister while Gohar Ijaz has been appointed as the Minister for Industries. Tabish Gohar has been appointed energy minister.
