BISE Islamabad declares SSC Part-II Annual Examination 2019 results
ISLAMABAD, JULY 02 (DNA) – The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (BISE), Islamabad, has announced the results of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) Part-II Annual Examination, 2019.
Federal Minister for Education and Professional Training Shafqat Mahmood presided over the session of the results announcement.
As many as 87,114 candidates appeared in the examinations, of whom 73,203 students (84.03%) were declared successful. 48 cases of cheating were reported.
In science group, Syed Muhammad Abbas, hailing from Rawalpindi clinched the first place by scoring 1089 marks. Zaira Nasir, Laiba Ali and Ammara Sarwar secured second position with 1088 marks.
In humanities group, Faiza Bibi, hailing from Rawalpindi, grabbed first position with 1031 marks followed by Ayesha Khalil, who secured 1015 marks. = DNA
