Bangladesh celebrates 54th Independence Day

KARACHI, APR 22 /DNA/ – A graceful reception was hosted by S. M. Mahbubul Alam, Deputy High Commissioner of Bangladesh in Karachi, to commemorate the 54th Independence and National Day of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The celebration took place at the Pearl Continental Hotel, Karachi, and reflected the enduring bonds of friendship and cooperation between Bangladesh and Pakistan.
The Chief Guest on the occasion was Mr. Saeed Ghani, Provincial Minister for Local Government, Sindh, who praised the strong cultural and historical ties shared by the two nations. The event was attended by a distinguished gathering of Consul Generals and diplomats from various countries based in Karachi, along with members of the Diplomatic Business Club, members of the FPCCI, KCCI, SITE Association businessmen, media, and civil society communities.
