ISLAMABAD, Mar 13 (DNA) : Col Gen Zakir Hasanov, the Defence Minister of Azerbaijan is scheduled to pay a bilateral visit to Pakistan from 21-23 March, and would also witness Pakistan Day Parade on 23rd March.

Ali Alizada Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan informed this during a meeting with Federal Minister for Defence, Pervez Khattak in his office at Parliament House.

The Ambassador also informed that paratroopers and a military contingent of Azerbaijan will also participate in the Parade.

Federal Minister for Defence, Pervez Khattak said that Pakistan viewed Azerbaijan as an important country due to its strategic location, resources, progressive outlook and fast-growing economy.
