DUBAI, FEB 27, (DNA) -Vice President and Prime Minster of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Shaikh Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum received today General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of the Army Staff of the Pakistan Army, and his accompanying delegation.

According to a press statement issued by media office of Dubai ruler, Deputy Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum was present at the meeting with COAS Bajwa.

The statement said Sheikh Mohammed and his guest discussed ways of boosting bilateral relations and cooperation between both nations as well as a number of military issues and the region’s status quo.

Also present at the meeting were Chairman of Dubai Civil Aviation and Chief Executive of Emirates Group Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs Dr Anwar Gargash, Dubai Director of Protocol and Hospitality Khalifa Saeed Suleiman and Brigadier Talal Humaid Abdullah Belhoul.
