Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers to meet over Karabakh in New York
YEREVAN, AUG 17 (DNA) – The co-chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group are working to organize a meeting between the Armenian and Azeri foreign ministers in New York in the framework of the UN General Assembly, and hope also for a meeting between the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan, the US co-chairman Richard Hoagland was quoted.
He also said that the co-chairs hope that “the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan will soon resume negotiations over the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.” Hoagland added that there is no information that the presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan may meet in the framework of the UN General Assembly.
