Ambassador Iwan Amri attends palm oil moot in Jakarta
JAKARTA, AUG 03 (DNA) – The Indonesian Ambassador to Pakistan, Iwan Suyudhie Amri, became one of the special guests at the Indonesia’s Palm Oil Research Week 2019 organized by the Indonesian Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency, in Jakarta, 1-2 August 2019.
Officially inaugurated by the Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, H.E. Darmin Nasution, the event consisted of palm oil research presentations and exhibition stand activities.
A joint research between the Bogor Agricultural Institute and Pricewaterhouse Coppers (PWC) regarding the potential of Pakistan as the trade and investment hub for Indonesian palm oil business in South Asia, Central Asia, and Middle-East region was also presented in the event.
The research was actually initiated and continuously supported by the Indonesian Embassy in Islamabad to seek possibilities for further advancement of economic ties between the two countries.=DNA
