ISLAMABAD, (DNA) – Lt. Col. Khalid Taimur Akram (retd), Executive Director of Center for Global and Strategic Studies (CGSS) visited the Embassy of Azerbaijan and met the Ambassador of Azerbaijan to Pakistan, Ali Alizada.

During the meeting both the dignitaries discussed a variety of issues of mutual interest.

The Ambassador Ali Alizada acknowledged and appreciated the role of the CGSS team for being the international Observer in the Parliamentary elections of Azerbaijan.

The Ambassador also recognized CGSS’s role in enhancing Pakistan-Azerbaijan Friendship and bilateral ties.

Future Co-operation between the Centerr for Global and Strategic Studies and various Azerbaijan think tanks have been suggested by the Ambassador in order ot promote the people to people contact.=DNA
