Air Chief hands over four Super Mushshak Aircraft to Nigerian Air Force
ISLAMABAD, DEC 05, (DNA) – Air Chief Marshal Sohail Aman, Chief of the Air Staff Pakistan Air Force handed over four Super Mushshak Aircraft to Nigerian Air Force in a ceremony at NAF Base Kaduna, today.
The Super Mushshak is equipped with glass cockpit and enhanced environmental control system, which has modernized the trainer. Pakistan and Nigeria had signed an agreement for sale of ten Super Mushshak Aircraft to Nigerian Air Force.
This contract was signed at Abuja (Nigeria) in last month. The contract also included operational training and technical support & assistance to Nigerian Air Force. Pakistan Air Force would completely establish this facility in the shortest possible time.
This contract would not only open new avenues for export of aviation equipment to foreign countries but also help in generating revenue for the country. The Super Mushshak aircraft is already in service with Saudi Arabia, Oman, Iran, Qatar and South Africa.
The deal further strengthens PAC’s status as a world class aviation industry producing the supersonic JF-17 Thunder and Super Mushshak trainer aircraft.
