Sharifzoda Yusuf, Ambassador of Tajikistan; H.E. Pham Anh Tuan, Ambassador of Vietnam; H.E. Azhar bin Mazlan, High Commissioner of Malaysia; H.E. Ms Rita Dhital, Ambassador of Nepal; H.E.
