Afzal Latif new Secy Establishment

ISLAMABAD: A BPS 21 officer of Pakistan Administrative Services (PAS) Afzal Latif is being appointed as the new Secretary Establishment. Afzal is currently working as Federal Secretary Industries and Production.
Afzla Latif has served on a number of key positions. He has also served as the Chairman Capital Development Authority.
The government is also removing the Secretary Petroleum Division. The fuel inquiry report had found him guilty as well. Sources say, the Prime Minister is set to reshuffle his cabinet as well. Faisal Vowda may be given a ministerial slot.
