Governor KP summons provincial assembly session on August 13
PESHAWAR, (DNA) – The Governor Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Zafar Iqbal Jhagra on Thursday has summoned the session of KP Provincial Assembly on August 13.
The newly-elected members of the provincial assembly would take oath during the session. The governor will administer oath to the newly-elected members.
The election for the assembly’s speaker and deputy speaker will also be held during the session after which the house will elect the new chief minister of the province.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s (PTI) candidate for KP chief minister Mahmood Khan has said that he would announce his cabinet after consultation with PTI chief Imran Khan.
