ISE-10 Index witnesses bearish trend
ISLAMABAD: Islamabad Stock Exchange witnessed bearish trend here on Tuesday as the ISE-10 index was down by 10.84 points and closed at 3,660.61 points.
A total of 8,700 shares were traded, which were down by 200 shares when compared with previous day’s trading of 8,900 shares.
Out of 138 companies, share prices of 44 companies recorded increase while share prices of 94 companies registered decrease whereas no company remained stable in today’s trading.
The Abbot Laboratories remained the top trading company in today’s trading with Rs. 21.33 per share, while the shares of Siemens Pakistan Engineering was decreased by Rs. 43.00 per shares during the trading session.
Pakistan Petroleum, Fauji Cements, Nishat Chunian Limited and pioneer Cement remained the market leaders during Tuesday’s trading with 5,500, 1,000, 1,000 and 1,000 shares respectively.
