Shuja Khanzada said the suicide bombers were trained for five-months in Afghanistan by Indian citizen Maulana Asim. They travelled from Wana to Dera Ismail Khan and then arrived in Lahore through a bus.

He said Pakistan and Afghanistan are assisting each other through intelligence sharing, thus, terrorists will not find any place in Pakistan now. The minister then showed video of alleged terrorist Mehmood’s confessional statement and briefing by militant commander Abdali regarding their plan.
