UN Security Council calls for Eid truce in Libya
The United Nations Security Council says it supports a declaration of truce in conflict-afflicted Libya for the upcoming Islamic holiday of Eid al-Adha.
In a press statement, the Security Council welcomed and expressed support for a truce between the warring parties to be declared for Eid al-Adha.
