PM Imran, Turkish President Erdogan speak over phone
ISLAMABAD (DNA) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan on Friday held a phone call with Prime Minister Imran Khan on Friday.
During the telephonic conversation, matters pertaining to bilateral relations and regional issues came under discussion.
PM Imran Khan apprised the Turkish President of current situation in Indian-occupied Kashmir and also discussed Afghan situation.
The two leaders expressed satisfaction on Pak-Turk relations and assured each other of cooperation in various sectors.
They agreed to hold a meeting of the Pak-Turk Strategic Cooperation Council this year in Islamabad.
On the occasion, the prime minister said that he will look forward for Recep Tayyip Erdogan to visit Pakistan for the Pak-Turk Strategic Cooperation Council meeting.
