Pakistan can’t move forward without democracy: PM Abbasi
NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, OCT 07 (DNA) – Prime Minister (PM) Shahid Khaqan Abbasi on Saturday has said that democracy emerged as victorious on July 28, the day when Supreme Court (SC) ousted Nawaz Sharif over Panama Leaks case.
Addressing the participants in Naushahro Feroz, PM Abbasi said some people also thought that it was final journey of Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) but the party survived.
He said whatever is happening in politics today is miserable, adding that political decisions cannot be taken on roads.
Pakistan can’t move forward without democracy, he continued.
