Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting, Marriyum Aurangzeb says the former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is going home through GT Road on the demand of party workers and members of parliament.

she said it is absolutely wrong to say that it is a ploy to put pressure on the state institutions.

The minister said Nawaz Sharif has always respected and upheld the law and constitution and therefore presented himself and his family for accountability.

The Minister regretted that during the last few days some people are doing politics on the issue of Ayesha Gulalai. She demanded inquiry into the episode at an appropriate and authentic forum to clear the haze.

Marriyum said Gulalai must get justice and Imran Khan should also be provided opportunity to clarify his position.
