India wants certified copy of Kulbushan decision
ISLAMABAD, APR 14: The Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan Gautam Bambawale has said India will file an appeal in Kulbhusan case for which it has asked the Pakistan government to provide them with certified copies of the military court verdict.
Talking to media on Friday the Indian high commissioner further said they cannot file an appeal if they do not have a certified copy of the decision of the military court.
The high commissioner further said they also want counselor access to Kubhusan. While on Friday while talking to media Prime Minister Advisor on Foreign Affairs Sartaj Aziz said on a number of occasions India too did not give counselor access to many Pakistani captives.
Therefore he said Indian hue and cry about this issue had no relevance. Sartaj Aziz further said Kulbushan has an on option to file an appeal and also ask for mercy. He can file a mercy petition with the Chief of the Army Staff.=DNA
