60 go missing in Chaghi heavy rains; search kick-started

NOSHKI, FEB 04, (DNA) – Provincial Disaster Management Authority (PDMA) Balochistan Saturday demanded Pakistan Army’s helicopters to look for the people who went missing in torrential rains in Noshki.
According to Levies sources, six buses carrying people including women and children went missing near Zaro while they were on way from Chaghi to Noshki amidst heavy downpours.
The search for the missing people, who were on way back after attending a wedding party, is underway.
The PDMA has written a letter to Pakistan Army to requisition helicopters to help trace the missing people.
The people are also being feared to have been kidnapped as the area where they went missing is situated near Pak-Afghan border.=DNA
