DNA ISLAMABAD, SEP 26: The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Islamabad lowered its national flag to half-mast and opened a Book of Condolences following a tragic accident involving members of Kazakhstan’s armed forces during naval exercises on the Caspian Sea coast.
