DNA ISLAMABAD, SEP 26: The Embassy of Kazakhstan in Islamabad lowered its national flag to half-mast and opened a Book of Condolences following a tragic accident involving members of Kazakhstan’s armed forces during naval exercises on the Caspian Sea coast. According to the Embassy, the incident occurred on September 24 when severe weather conditions and strong winds struck a military training operation.
