CCP’s statement on proposed PTCL-Telenor merger
DNA ISLAMABAD, MARCH 25, 2024: A number of newspapers have publicized a misleading information on behalf of Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) regarding the progress of pre-merger application of PTCL. PTCL intends to acquire 100% shareholding of M/s. Telenor Pakistan (Private) Limited (“Telenor”) and M/s. Orion Towers Private Limited (“OT”). CCP received a pre-merger application on 29th February, 2024 from PTCL Lawyers. Initially, the application was submitted with incorrect fee. Ambassador of Japan meets FM Ishaq Dar

Palestine Ambassador meets Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar

PTI demands EU report on Feb 8 polls to be made public
ISLAMABAD, MAR 25: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has demanded the European Union (EU) report on the February 8 general elections to be made public. “The EU report on the elections should be made public,” PTI spokesperson Raoof Hasan said while addressing a press conference in Islamabad.
