DNA Islamabad: January 18, 2022- The Islamabad High Court (HEC) Tuesday restored Dr Tariq Banuri as chairman Higher Education Commission (HEC). The short and reserved verdict was announced by IHC Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Aamer Farooq.
