Kazakhstan lifts state of emergency in 4 more regions
Kazakhstan’s President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev lifted the state of emergency in four more regions on Friday. Shymkent, East Kazakhstan, Karaganda, and Turkestan are the regions where the state of emergency was lifted, according to the Kazakh presidency.
