Kabul : Afghanistan’s Taliban rulers announced several senior appointments on Tuesday, naming two veteran commanders from the movement’s southern heartlands as deputies in important ministries. HEC approves IRSIP grant for 127 & partial support for 17 PhD Scholars

ISLAMABAD, SEPT 21 (DNA) – The Higher Education Commission (HEC) has approved 127 cases of PhD scholars for International Research Support Initiative Programme (IRSIP), in addition to 7 cases of Partial Support for PhD Studies Abroad.
