Chinese envoy calls on COAS

Staff Report RAWALPINDI: Nong Rong,, Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan called on General Qamar Javed Bajwa, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) at GHQ, on Friday.  During the meeting, matters of mutual interest, regional security situation, bilateral cooperation in various fields and update on China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) were discussed. Saudi Arabia selects 60,000 people to perform Hajj this year

MAKKA: Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced the selection of 60,000 eligible candidates for this year’s Hajj pilgrimage. The successful multinational candidates represent 150 countries from inside the Kingdom.
