Illegal appointments case: Court defers indictment of Shaukat Aziz
ISLAMABAD : An accountability court on Tuesday deferred the indictment of former prime minister Shaukat Aziz in a case related to illegal appointments until January 19. The indictment was deferred as the co-accused Basharat Hasan did not show up before the court citing suffering from coronavirus. Coronavirus claims 82 more lives in Pakistan; 1704 infections reported
ISLAMABAD : The statistics of National Command and Operation Centre (NCOC) has shown that the coronavirus pandemic claims 82 more lives, whereas, 1,704 new infections were reported during the last 24 hours.
