SBP says forex reserves rise to $11.5bln

KARACHI: The foreign exchange reserves held by the central bank increased $14 million to $11.503 billion during the week ended January 3 from $11.489 billion a year ago, the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) said on Thursday. Total liquid foreign exchange reserves held by the country stood at $18.084 billion, compared with $18.081 billion in the previous week.
