COAS Gen Qamar Bajwa reaches China

RAWALPINDI (DNA) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday reached China on an official visit. In a statement issued on Monday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) Director General Major General Asif Ghafoor said that the COAS will meet Chinese military leadership including PLA Army Commander, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission & Commander Southern Theater Command. General Qamar Javed Bajwa will also join the Prime Minister in meetings with Chinese Prime Minister and President.

PM launches ‘Ehsaas Langar Scheme’ under public private partnership

Oct 7, 2019- Islamabad: The Prime Minister launched the ‘Ehsaas Langar Scheme’ today in Islamabad. Under an agreement with the Saylani Welfare Trust, Ehsaas will open 112 Langars nationwide over a 2-year period in the public private partnership.
